St. Ambrose Hospital has received a donation of medical equipment worth UGX 20 million from Stanbic Bank to support its upcoming medical camp and hospital launch scheduled for the 6th of this month.
The donation was handed over by the bank’s Regional Manager for the Far West.
While officiating at the ceremony, Saul Nabendi said the contribution reaffirms Stanbic Bank’s commitment to partnering with institutions that promote the growth of a healthy population.
He appreciated the leadership of St. Ambrose Hospital for the tremendous impact it has made in saving lives within the community and assured them of the bank’s continued support to ensure the success of both the medical camp and their long-term partnership.
Henry Muhumuza, the Administrator of St. Ambrose Hospital, expressed sincere gratitude to the financial institution for the ongoing support, noting that the partnership has consistently challenged them to meet and exceed community expectations over the years.
He said the donated equipment will greatly improve service delivery during the medical camp.
