Q-Sourcing Servtec in partnership with Worldwide Recruitment Services has extended a donation of assorted food and personal effects items to Mik Orphanage Foundation Uganda in located in Kyarwiru cell, Hoima East City Division.
The donation worth UGX3 million was received by Maria Sophie Kamugasa, the foundation founder amidst excitement.
Commissioned in 2014, Mik Orphanage Foundation Uganda, is a reception Centre for Children who are homeless from various parts of Bunyoro. the foundation is now home to over 75 children aged between 0-20 years.
Iain Poerter, from WQS recruitment says “When we learnt about the important work that Mik Orphanage Foundation Uganda was doing to provide a safe and nurturing environment, we knew that we had to get involved. We were inspired by their dedication to helping these children have a better life, and we wanted to be part of this great initiative.”
The assorted items extended include foodstuffs like beans, bread, cooking oil, milk, sugar, sugar, pampers, soap, posho among others.
Sophie Kamugasa has appreciated WQS recruitment for the support which will enhance the home’s efficiency in day-to-day operations as well as uphold their vision of improving the quality of life of vulnerable children and youth for them to survive and thrive.
