The Police in Kagadi is investigating circumstances under which a 40-year-old Kagadi businessman was murdered and his decomposing body dumped in a bush.<\/p>\n
The deceased is Jackson Afashimana, a resident of Ncumbira Village, Ncumbira Parish in Kicucura Sub County in Kagadi district.<\/p>\n
According to the Albertine region police spokesperson Julius Allan Hakiza, Afashimana left his shop located in Ncumbira trading center on November 1, 2024 at around 9:00PM and went for drinking in a local bar belonging to one Kabagambe, however, he never returned home causing panic among his relatives and area residents.<\/p>\n
Hakiiza adds that a case of a missing person was registered at Kitemba police post, who immediately launched a search for the missing businessman until around 4pm on Wednesday evening when they discovered his decomposing body in a bush in Ncumbira Village.<\/p>\n
