The others are the couple&#8217;s two daughters Judith Babirye aged 10 years and four-year-old Slyvia Bamukisa.<\/p>\n<p>Ismael Ngobi, a resident says that he noticed smoke coming out of Were&#8217;s house in the morning, prompting him to sound an alarm, which attracted neighbouring residents.<\/p>\n<p>Baraka Gampaire, another resident suspects that the family members might have been torched by unknown people over unclear circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>Police crime scene officers were seen cordoning off the area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By URN Four family members in Namutumba district have died after their grass-thatched house caught fire.
