It is alleged that the deceased went to\u00a0Bweyale trading center on Saturday evening to visit his colleagues. However, the assailants confronted him as\u00a0he was returning home and hacked him severally before dumping him near his gate.<\/p>\n<p>His wife only identified as Muber heard him screaming for help at around 2 am and rushed only to find her husband lying unconscious in a pool of blood.\u00a0According to Muber, her husband sustained deep cuts on the head, stomach, and neck.<\/p>\n<p>They mobilized and rushed him to Panyadoli health center III where he was pronounced dead on arrival.\u00a0Brian Opio, the deceased\u2019s son wonders why the assailants ended his father\u2019s life in such a brutal manner.<\/p>\n<p>Justine Okello, a resident, says that the deceased was last seen with his colleagues at Bweyale trading center on Saturday at around 8 pm and was shocked to receive information that he had been killed.<\/p>\n<p>Julius Hakiza, the Albertine region police spokesperson says investigations into the gruesome murder have commenced.
