The suspect is\u00a0Pascal Busobozi while the deceased is Fred Asiimwe 16, both residents of Igomero village in Kayoola parish Bwamiramira sub-county.<\/p>\n<p>The incident happened around 11 pm\u00a0on Monday night.\u00a0It is alleged that Busobozi was demanding the deceased 2,000 Shillings that he gave him on Friday last\u00a0week. The two brothers picked up a quarrel when the deceased failed to pay back prompting\u00a0Busobozi who was armed with a sharp knife to stab him in the stomach.<\/p>\n<p>He started bleeding profusely and\u00a0was rushed to EMESCO Health center III where he was pronounced dead on arrival.\u00a0The family head Edward Kyaligonza\u00a0says he heard, Asiimwe screaming for help and rushed to see what was happening only to find him lying in a pool of blood.<\/p>\n<p>He says that he mobilized residents who rushed him to the health facility but he breathed his last upon arrival at the health center.\u00a0Julius Hakiza, the Albertine region police spokesperson, says that residents teamed up and arrested the suspect and handed him over to the police.
