He returned home this Thursday morning hence a fight ensued as the wife asked him where he had spent a night.<\/p>\n<p>Balikenda says during the fight, Silivano hit his wife with a sharp object on the head killing her on the spot.<\/p>\n<p>He adds that Silivano tried to escape after the incident but was arrested by the residents who took him to Bulindi police post where he was picked to Hoima police Station.<\/p>\n<p>Patrick Rusoke, the District councilor Buraru Sub County condemns the act and cautions couples against domestic violence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By George Tinka Police in Hoima has arrested a 40-year-old man on allegations of murdering his wife.
