However, markets selling food items were allowed to continue operating on the condition that they maintain the SOPs.<\/p>\n<p>At Duhaga round-about and Hoima Central markets, gazetted handwashing points have been installed at all main entrances.<\/p>\n<p>The vendors have also constituted COVID 19 task force whose mandate is to enforce COVID 19 guidelines in the markets.
