The residents then chased the dog until it dropped the head near the local council one chairperson&#8217;s court yard.<\/p>\n<p>The residents could not also establish the source of the head and the whereabouts of other body parts. The baby is believed to have been days old.<\/p>\n<p>The chairperson Kiraba Lower village Wilson Murumba says he received a call from a neighbor informing him about the incident.
