They also claim that some voters did not use their correct National IDs\/NINs during the exercise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kiiza revealed that even the women council elections were not free and fair, so they demand that it is reorganized again.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The candidates say they will petition the Commission to order for fresh elections due to the anomilies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">In Busisi East cell, Jackson Busobozi an independent candidate has rejected the outcomes of the poll that saw him lose by 3 votes to the Incumbent and NRM candidae Mbabazi Godfrey.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Busobozi accussed the village registrar of siding with the incumbent and bribing the third opponent Bansemeza Justus to pull out of the race. He vowed to petition the Commission for fresh elections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">However Obra Atamba the city returning officer has stressed that the use of national IDs is part of the requirements of participating in the LC 1 elections.
