According to Colline, they have been tasked to recover at least UGX 60 million by June this year, warning that failure to meet this target could lead to the suspension of the programme in Kagadi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">He emphasized that this will not only be a loss to him as a leader, but a big loss to all the youth in Kagadi District.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Colline warns they shall not hesitate to take legal action against those who deliberately refuse to comply.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meanwhile, Collin encouraged young people to embrace hard work and cooperation, urging them to actively participate in available government and financial programs to enhance their livelihoods.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Edward Byamukama Kagadi District risks being cut off from the Youth Livelihood Program (YLP) due to the failure by beneficiaries to repay the funds.
