Julius Allan Hakiiza the acting Albertine North Regional Police spokesperson says a case of assault was initially reported on August 27, 2025, and investigations immediately kicked off.<\/p>\n<p>According to Hakiiza, the victim received medical treatment at various hospitals but eventually died yesterday.
