The Hoima LCV Chairman Uthuman Mubarak Mugisa says he is still making consultations in regards to the nomination of the district vice chairman.
Early this week, Mubarak nominated James Mugenyi Mulindambura, the councillor for Kiganja Sub County to the position of vice chairperson awaiting council approval today Thursday.
But during today’s council sitting, Mugisha has rescinded the decision saying he is still making consultations.
This has not gone well with a section of councillors who have accused the chairman of ffoolerly saying the matter for nomination and approval of the district vice chairman had been scheduled for today’s council according to the order paper.
