Access Financial Services Strengthens Presence in Uganda with New Branch in Hoima City

In a bid to extend extending affordable microcredit to qualifying Ugandans in the public sector to improve their livelihoods, Access Financial Services has Friday officially opened its new branch in Hoima City, with a purpose of serving the public in Bunyoro region.

The branch is located along Main Street in Hoima City.

Access Financial Services started operations in Uganda in 2003 in Uganda and is a member of the Africa Alliance Investment Bank group under the Silo, Select Africa Finance Limited.

Thomas Chege, the deputy chief executive officer says opening of the new branch is aimed at broadening the reach and delivery of financial services to the Ugandan public as well as improving housing conditions for public servants.

He adds that their products have changed people’s lives and that is why they have decided to extend the branches across Uganda.

Samuel Galandi, the Hoima branch manager says they are committed to promoting financial inclusion and providing accessible and affordable financial services to individuals and businesses to all Ugandans.

Edgar Bampacha, the national sales manager Access Financial Services says the company is supported by mobile sales outlets with branches in Kampala, Mubende, Masaka, Luweero, Mbarara, Kabale, Fort Portal, Hoima, Mbale, Iganga, Jinja, Soroti, Gulu and Lira.
