Unknown people have hacked to death a 14 year old boy in Kakumiro district.
The deceased has been identified as Eric Eranzi, a resident of Kyeza village in Nkoko parish, Nkoko Sub County.
SP Julius Allan Hakiiza, the Albertine south region police mouthpiece disclosed that the incident occurred on March 22 when the boy now deceased had gone to fetch water with his brothers and unknown assailants attacked them cutting Eric to death before disappearing to unknown destinations.
Hakiza says investigations into the incident have since kicked off and urges the members of the public to cooperate with Police by providing the crucial information about the suspects such that they can be arrested and presented to courts of law for justice to prevail.
