Kagadi District to Rehabilitate 16km Bugwara-Kiryanga Road

Kagadi district local government has launched the construction of a 16 Kilometre Bugwaara-Kyabisurita-Kiteemba- Kiryanga Road at a cost of 70 million Ugandan shillings.

While launching the works at Kitemba trading center in Kicucura Sub-County, Kagadi district the acting Resident District Commissioner (RDC) of Kagadi Benjamin Tumusiime asked residents to support the road construction project with murrum to improve its quality.

He asked locals to always appreciate government for the social economic transformation in their areas and support president Yoweri Museveni and NRM government in the forthcoming elections.

The Kagadi District LCV Chairperson Ndibwami B Yosia also called on local leaders to actively participate in the construction process by working closely with engineers to identify damaged road sections, to ensure the success of the project.
