Piolice in Buliisa district are holding one Charles Onyera for allegedly stabbing to death a 39-year-old fisherman.
The deceased has been identified as one Benard, a fisherman and resident of Kamagongoro village in Walukuba, Butiaba Sub County in Hoima District.
Julius Allan Hakiza, the Albertine region police spokesperson says the duo picked misunderstandings while at a local bar leading to a fight.
Hakiza says that the suspect picked a knife and stabbed Benard killing him instantly. .
He advised the general public to always control their anger to avoid such incidences.
Onyera is currently detained at Buliisa central police station.
