A 28-year-old man was last evening lynched by angry mob in Mambugu cell in Kagadi town council Kagadi district on allegations of stealing a duck.
The deceased has been identified as Sekatiko Fred aka Kabaaya resident of Mambugu cell in Kagadi town council.
Bibiana Byabajungu, the Chairperson LC1 Mambugu cell narrated to Spice FM that Sekatiko has been a habitual thief who had fled the area with his friend Isingoma Matia who was apprehended by Kagadi police.
She called on the youth to embrace hard work and shun alcoholism to avoid facing such incidents.

Deziderio Lukwago, another resident, says Sekatiko has been a real thief who always terrorized their area.
Our efforts to get a comment from police were futile by press time, however, the body of the deceased was taken to Kagadi hospital mortuary for postmortem.
