The Masindi Resident District Commissioner Darius Nandinda has warned all civil servants in the district against giving PDM funds to the rich people but strictly adhere to the guidelines to ensure the project funds reach the intended beneficiaries who are the 39% poor Ugandans.

Nandida says giving PDM money to the rich deprives President Museveni of being voted for by the poor.

Nadinda believes by protecting the poor people from these injustices inflicted on them by the rich land grabbers, ensuring they benefit from government programs and having access to health services in hospitals, schools among others will motivate the masses to vote for President Museveni.

Nandida has also revealed that following the guidance by the permanent secretary to the office of President, Alhajji Yunusu Kakande to all RDCs/RCCs to start mobilizing the masses to overwhelmingly vote for President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa in the forthcoming general elections in 2026, they are now on the move to understand why some people have not voted for the president during previous elections citing issues of land evictions arising out of unauthorized eviction orders among others that must be resolved.
