The facility management and police were immediately alerted, and with the help of the community, the baby was recovered on December 8, around 3:00 a.m. from a garden at Pajobi North Cell.

Asea confirmed that the baby was safely reunited with her mother after a medical check ensured her health was stable. Detectives processed the scene, documented evidence, and recorded witness statements. The suspect reportedly confessed to her actions.
