The deceased has been identified as Peter Atuhura who was in the company of his brother identified only as Conrad alias Young Tan. The duo were attacked by thugs as they were heading home.
According to Kasim Asiimwe, the Bujumbura East cell defense secretary, the deceased was hacked several times on the neck, chest and the head while the brother sustained injuries on the hands.
