The Kakumiro District Security Department has issued a stern warning to criminal gangs operating in the area, urging them to cease their terrorizing activities or face the full force of the law.
In an exclusive interview with Spice FM, the Kakumiro Assistant Resident District Commissioner (RDC), Emmy Tutamulugaho, notes that the district security team is on high alert and committed to fighting criminals.
He says whoever plans to destabilize people’s peace will face harsh consequences, asserting that they have already built a strong intelligence network with the neighboring districts.
RDC Tutamulugaho adds that they anticipate holistic development once criminality is reduced.
