Shock has engulfed residents of Karungu LC1, Kibugubya village, Kibugubya parish in Kyabigambire sub county, Hoima district after a body of unidentified male was discovered in their area.
The body was discovered on Monday morning at the compound of Kibugubya primary school.
Pesweri Katuramu, the LCI chairman for Karungu-Kibugubya village noted that the resident is unknown in their area.
Katuramu says they immediately alerted Bulindi police post who responded immediately and arrived at the scene.
He adds that the body was found with injuries on the chest and it was oozing blood from the nostrils.
He has condemned the act saying there are many bars which play loud music trans-night making it difficult to hear victims crying for help.
Alex Mwesigwa, the Kyabigabire Sub county chairperson has condemned the act and asks police to conduct night patrols in the area to curb criminality.
