The Hoima LCV Chairman Uthuman Mubarak Mugisa says he is still making consultations in regards to the nomination of the district vice chairman.
Early this week, Mubarak nominated James Mugenyi Mulindambura, the councillor for Kiganja Sub County to the position of vice chairperson awaiting council approval today.
But during today’s council sitting, Mugisha has rescinded the decision saying he is still making consultations.
