Q Sourcing Donates Scholastic Materials to MIK Orphanage Foundation Home

Q sourcing Uganda in partnership with WQS Recruitment Services have donated scholastic materials to children at MIK Foundation Orphanage Home located in Kyarwiru, Hoima East City Division.

The donation comes at a time when schools are reopening for third term, amid communities struggling financially and many families cannot afford with education costs for their children, ranging from school fees to scholastic materials to use in class.

Micheal Musinguzi, the general manager Q Sourcing Uganda says the donation is part of the company’s social corporate responsibility adding that they are committed to supporting Uganda’s education sector through enabling vulnerable children keep in school.

He adds that this initiative is aimed at reducing on the high school dropouts caused by lack of scholastic materials in areas where many pupils miss lessons because they don’t have pencils, pens or books which affects their education potential.

He has implored the children to dream big, study for a better future.

Sophie Kamugasa, the Founder MIK Foundation Orphanage Home located in Kyarwiru cell, Hoima City says 72 children are currently staying at the centre. The youngest is eight months old. She has hailed the recruitment companies for the support.
