A delegation from Azerbaijan has arrived in the country ahead of the launch of the first of its kind regional service center located in Hoima City due this Friday July 28.
The One Stop Service Center will be established at Hoima district headquarters Kasingo, at the Hoima Library building. The prime minister of Rt Hon Robinah Nabbanja is expected to officiate at the function.
The state minister for public service Hon. Grace Mary Mugasa recently says the One Stop Service Center will serve all communities in Bunyoro region with all government services now situated under one roof.
Mugasa indicates that the one stop service center under the management and coordination of the ministry of public service Uganda will have a number of services and government offices ranging from URA, Pensions desk, Tourism, URSB, Lands information desk, UDLS, NIRA, Immigration office among others.
