The Bishop of Bunyoro Kitara Diocese, Rt Rev Samuel Kahuma has lambasted Ugandans who spread misinformation about the ongoing Covid-19 vaccination programme.
Bishop Kahuma says that those behind this act are trying to undermine a very important exercise intended to help save millions of lives from the global pandemic.
The leader of the Anglican Church in Bunyoro Kitara wants Ugandans to take advantage of the opportunity to be vaccinated against Covid-19. A few days ago, Kahuma received his first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine.
The Bishop also urged believers to remain focused on God and Christian values just like they have been doing during the lent period.
