Shock griped residents of Kiswa village in Kiryanga sub-county, Kagadi district following the murder of a man in their area.
The body of Maneriho Leo, a person with disability was found with deep cuts on the head at around 7am on Wednesday by residents who were going to attend to their gardens.
Julius Mujuni, the village chairman says the deceased was last seen on Tuesday evening enjoying his drink but got shocked after finding him murdered this morning.
Mujuni says he informed police from Kitemba police station that visited the scene. Police is yet to arrest anyone in connection to the incident.
Dominic Byamukama, a resident however asks police to expedite investigations to ensure the culprits are arrested and prosecuted for murder.
