Ugandans today Wednesday head to the polls to elect division and sub county chairpersons and their councillors countrywide.
Francis Kazin, the Kikuube LC5 chairman has urged voters in the district to embrace the elections.
Kazin who is also the Buhaguzi MP elect explains that lower local government elections should never be underrated because they directly determine how services reach out to voters in their respective villages.
He is worried that the just concluded district elections were characterized by low voter turn-ups which shouldn’t be repeated this time.
Nebba Byaruhanga, the lc3 chairman for Buhimba sub-county says citizens should embrace the electioneering process of their country for better service delivery.
He asks the voters not to be influenced by bribes of material handouts but rather voter people with capacity to transform their areas.
